Refund Policy

Every Portraid portrait is custom made from your photo — crafted one at a time, just for you. Because of this, we follow a fair but firm policy on returns.
Custom orders Since every portrait is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
When we will make it right If your portrait arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was agreed, we will remake it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Just email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Order cancellations You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before production begins. After that, cancellations are not possible.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for portraits lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
