SHIPPING POLICY
Free Delivery Across India We offer free delivery on all Portraid portrait orders across India. No minimum order value. No hidden charges.
Order Processing Time Every portrait at Portraid is crafted one at a time, just for you. Once we receive and confirm your photo, your portrait goes into production.
Processing time: 3 to 5 working days Delivery time: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch Total time from order to delivery: 7 working days
How It Works After placing your order you will receive a confirmation message from us. Please send your photo within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders where photos are not received within 48 hours may be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping Partners We ship across India using trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart and India Post. A tracking number will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Areas We currently ship to all PIN codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your portrait arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
If your shipment is lost in transit we will investigate with the courier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Delays While we always aim to deliver within 7 working days, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, public holidays or situations outside our control. We will keep you informed if there are any delays with your order.
