REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment Every portrait at Portraid is custom made to order — crafted one at a time specifically for you. We take great pride in our work and stand behind every piece we create.


Custom Product Policy Because every portrait is personally crafted from your photo, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed portraits unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please ensure your photo is clear and of good quality before submitting. We will confirm with you via WhatsApp before starting production.


Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your portrait arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at teamportraid.studio@gmail.com with clear photographs of the damage.

If your claim is approved we will either:

  • Reprint and reship your portrait at no extra cost
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Refund Process If a refund is approved it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.


Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once your photo has been received and production has started we are unable to cancel your order.

Non-Returnable Items As all our portraits are custom personalized products we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if the photo provided was of poor quality.


European Union We currently do not ship to the European Union. This policy applies to Indian customers only.
