Processing time Every portrait is made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your portrait to be crafted before it ships.

Delivery time Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 4 working days anywhere in India. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 7 to 10 working days.

Shipping charges Free delivery on all orders across India.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your portrait's journey to your door.

Packaging Every portrait is carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. It arrives gift-ready — no extra wrapping needed.

Delays During peak seasons like Diwali, Valentine's Day, and wedding season, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always keep you informed.

Lost or damaged in transit If your portrait is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at teamportraid.studio@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
