Your order When you order a portrait, you confirm that you have the right to use the photo you submit. Do not submit photos of others without their permission.

Our service We transform your photo into a 3D printed portrait frame. The final result may have slight variations in texture and tone — this is a natural characteristic of the handcrafted 3D printing process and adds to the uniqueness of each piece.

Intellectual property All branding, website content, and designs belong to Portraid. You may not copy or reproduce our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability Portraid is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

Changes to terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.
